121, Competency Based amp Assessment Centre Coaching, to help you secure your ideal job.
I have five years of experience helping individuals with improving their performance with 121 interviews, competency based interviews and assessment centres.
I have assisted many graduates, apprentices and sandwich year students with competency interviews and assessment centres.
I have first-hand experience with assessing competency interviews for a number of high-level organisations, participating in assessment centres and invigilating graduate assessment centres. What makes me different to other coaches and tutors is that I have seen it from both sides over the last five years and know what organisations are looking for.
I have a long list of pleased clientele that have managed to get jobs as a direct result of my coaching and support. Some of my clients have secured jobs in FTSE 100 organisations.
I predominately work face to face in and around the West-Midlands, however I am also available on Skype, for those who live outside of the West-Midlands.
My motto is, nothing beats the personnel touch! I tailor my coaching and support to each individual dependant on their needs.
